Our
Technology
Sol Azul has introduced to México
the most advanced techniques in
means of oyster farming, the essential
characteristics are: high efficiency
in production, quality of product,
as well as cost effectiveness.
This
technique called “intensive
culture in pouches on racks”,
produces only in France more than
130,000 tons a year. These
steel racks are placed directly
on the sea bottom in the intertidal
zones, the pouches that hold the
oysters are fabricated of polyetilen
inert mesh and are fasten to the
racks.
