“Our activity naturally leads to protecting the environment. If we wish to obtain a healthy product, it has to be developed in a healthy environment. If the place where we work is polluted, our business is over. Thus, bivalve production goes hand in hand with the protection, defense and care of the environment.  Also, cultivating our products in a pristine area gives them an added value. For this reason, we decided to launch our oyster aquaculture company within the El Vizcaíno Biosphere Reserve.
