Sol Azul Oysters chowder
Ingredients:
2 cup Sol Azul oysters, shelled
3 spoonfuls butter 1/2 onion, chopped 1 onion, chopped
1 potato, finely chopped 1 carrot, finely chopped
1 celery, finely chopped
2 teaspoons flour
4 cups fish or clam consommé
1/2 cup cream Salt and pepper Croutons
3 spoonfuls parsley, chopped |

PREPARATION:

Fry onion, garlic, potato, carrot and celery in butter. Add a cup of oysters and flour. Add the consommé, cream and the rest of the oysters. Add salt and pepper. Add crouton and parsley.
Serve boiling hot. |
